Mediterranean Pita Sandwich



Whole wheat pita, spicy hummus, spinach, cucumbers, roasted red peppers, red onion, tomato, crumbled feta cheese.

I like this recipe because it's fresh, healthy, and I can reuse a lot of the ingredients! Leftover cucumber? Cut it into slices and eat with a little chili powder and salt (this is probably an Indian thing). Snack? Pita with hummus.

Also, feta cheese is a gift from god. SO NUTTY AND DELICIOUS.
